We retail Factory Refurbished and Mud to Sky Refurbished (Items we refurbish ourselves). Our factory refurbished and in-house expert inspected appliances are substantially discounted off new appliances (typically 10-30% when factory refurbished and over 40-60% when we refurbish). Certain brands are cheap for a reason. Our 7 years of combined experience fixing and selling appliances has given us great insight into which brands are made to last and the least repair prone. STRINGENT TESTS TO ENSURE APPLIANCES ARE BROUGHT BACK TO “LIKE NEW” CONDITION
Our Factory Refurbished are fixed and tested by the manufacturer so you know you are getting rigorously tested appliances that are optimized to perform as good as their new counterparts. Our Mud To Sky refurbished appliances are also subject to rigourous tests and if they don’t meet our standard we scrap it. Period. This ensures you will be getting a machine in perfect working order. BACKED UP WITH A WARRANTY
Factory Refurbished are backed up with a 1 year functional warranty where our Mud To Sky Refurbished machines are backed up with a 6 month functional warranty (labour and parts) so you can rest easy knowing that you are not getting a lemon. If there are any warranty issues with the Mud To Sky Refurbished a technician will be at your property within 24-48 hours to fix the problem. If we can’t fix the issue, we will replace the machine no questions asked.
